Taylor Fordyce are pleased to report that the Great Midlands Fun Run awards ceremony which took place on 22nd November was a huge success and it was another record breaking year.  The total raised was £345,022 (up £43k on last year).

The awards events was well attended and some special guests are always invited.  This year it was Jane Sutton who is Mum to Stephen Sutton who died reently of cancer but before he died had set up the Teenage Cancer Trust which went viral and has now raised over £5M.

Taylor Fordyce are delighted to be a supporting sponsor of the hugely successful annual GREAT MIDLANDS FUN RUN which has managed to break records every year for 11 years. Next year’s event will be held in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands on Sunday 31st May 2015.

The event has now raised over £2 million and 2014 again had over 7000 runners with all funds being distributed to more than 300 charities and good causes throughout the Midlands area and further afield.

Applications for the event are again expected to exceed the maximum of 7000 well before the final entry date and runners will need to get their applications in before the March 2015 deadline (registration is open from 31st January 2015).

In 2012 Taylor Fordyce Limited supported the Soldiers Sailors Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA) during their 'Make a Will Week' and during November we participated in the national Will Aid scheme.

In 2011 we took part in the Naomi House Make a Will fortnight, where we provided our Will making services free of charge in exchange for a donation to Naomi House Children’s Hospice.

We also are sponsors of Winchester Rugby Club.
