Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney

Wills are important legal documents which allow you to specify how your estate is distributed after death. If you do not have a Will your estate will be distributed on Intestacy and those you would like to benefit may not benefit under those rules.
A will gives you certainty and peace of mind.
Our fees for Will drafting include meeting with you, drafting your will and arranging for it to be signed and witnessed. If you draft a Will with us we will also store the original for you free of charge if you so wish.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Lasting Powers of Attorney come in two forms, Property and Financial Affairs – this allows you to delegate authority over your property and finances and Health and Welfare - this allows delegation over your Health and Welfare issues to include such things as special nursing provisions and life-sustaining treatment.
