Jane has specialised in family law since qualifying as a solicitor 30 years ago. She advises clients dealing with relationship breakdowns both in respect of divorce and  for cohabitees/unmarried couples. She offers practical advice and endeavours to assist parties in reaching agreement. She has a broad range of experience in dealing with financial matters representing clients in  high net worth cases to those with more modest assets. Jane also advises in relation to private law children disputes, this includes dealing with issues such as with whom a child should live, relocation issues and specific issues such as schooling. Jane is also able to assist those clients at the start of a relationship, advising on Pre-Nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
